Alessia’s Journey.

Alessia is an Italian dance artist based in Spain.

Her artistic journey began in Venice in 2017, where she joined the Junior Company Venezia Balletto at a very young age. She later expanded her training at ADT Advanced Dance Training in Verona, under the direction of Greta Bragantini, before joining Iuvenis Danza Company in 2020.

Seeking to further her artistic growth, Alessia moved to Spain in 2022 to join the Take Off Dance program in Seville, directed by Johan Inger. There, she danced the repertoire of internationally renowned choreographers, including Crystal Pite, Sharon Eyal, Jiří Kylián, Marco Goecke, Emanuel Gat and Lukas Timulak.

Since February 2023, she has been working with the Spain-based company Marcat Dance in Vilches, directed by Mario Bermúdez and Catherine Coury. As a dancer, répétiteur, teacher and assistant, she has

toured internationally, performing in major productions including Afines, Averno, El Bosque, Rhythm, Dual, Adama and Azahar.

During this period, she also performed in I New Then by Johan Inger at the Itálica Festival and collaborated with Dani Pannullo Co. on CELEBRA25 DID at Matadero Madrid.

In 2026, after moving to Madrid, she began collaborating as a stage director and dancer with Ogmia, directed by Eduardo Vallejo.

Alongside her performing career, Alessia develops her own choreographic research, driven by a desire to explore a personal and ever-evolving movement language. Committed to sharing her artistic vision and the art of dance with new generations, she also works as a ballet and contemporary dance teacher in professional schools and workshops across Italy and Spain.

She is now joining the KOMOCO team, directed by Sofia Nappi, for the 2026/27 season.
